Day 57-Wednesday, January 6

I was disappointed that I didnt get a workout in yesterday. I did Pilates but I wanted to lift or do cardio. I was looking at my weight set last night but I was just too exhausted to pick them up. I ate the following:
B-1 pack of grits, apple
L-large salad with turkey
S-almonds with coco powder
D-brown rice with raisins

Day 58-Thursday, January 7
B-whole wheat spaghetti
L-grilled chicken on wheat toast with lettuce, tomato
S-protein bar
D-lean cuisine, added ground turkey
S-almonds with coco powder
Exercise: 30 min run (2.10 miles), upper body weights (30 min) upward rows, shoulder press, lateral raises, tricep extensions, back rows, bicep curls, chest press. I finally used the weight set...HORRAY!
